A neck pillow of the sort used on airplanes may help you with this. A cold compress can also help reduce swelling. Try not to eat anything that needs too much chewing. The general recovery time for a brow lift is about two weeks, but it happens in stages. If you work at an office job, you can probably return to work within a week. However, if your job is physically strenuous or if you follow an exercise regiment, you should wait three weeks to one month before going back to work or working out.
