I’m going to get an open rhinoplasty to make my nose smaller in Charlotte NC
I’ve decided it’s time to make my nose smaller. I’ve checked with several facial plastic surgeons, and they’re all in agreement. The bridge of my nose is a little bit high and arched, the tip is kind of bulboes, and while the widest part of the nose should be about as wide as the space between the eyes, in my case it’s slightle wider. So, I need to make my nose smaller. It’s always kind of been a distraction to other people, and I think my face would be a lot more attractive if people could look past it.
This is going to involve an open rhinoplasty, the most extreme form of nose job. There are some cases where a nose can be made to look perfect with some little injections of filler to smooth out the lines. There are other cases where the nose job can be done by way of an incision inside the nostrils. But to make my nose smaller is going to take some cutting on the outside. That means it will take longer to heal than another type of nose job would, and I’ll probably have to wait a few months after the surgery for the swelling to go down enough that I can actually tell what it looks like.
