Looking for nose hump surgery
(The following is a dramatization.)
So I’ve decided it’s time for nose hump surgery. I’ve always had this little crinkle in my nose ever since I was born. Apparently my face got kind of squashed while I was going through the birth canal and my nose wasn’t set properly. I don’t think I look that bad, and I personally don’t even think my nose looks that bad, but I’m a little tired of being referred to as “that guy with the broken nose.” Also, I get these nosebleeds sometimes, and I suspect they’re related. I’m going away to college in the fall, and I want a fresh start there, starting with a new nose.
Normally, when I’m going to make a big purchase I try not to make it any bigger than it has to be. My car, for example, is a pretty old one that only set me back three thousand bucks. In the case of nose hump surgery, however, I decided to do things a different way. I’ll be buying a number of cars in my life, but this is one bill I intend to pay only once.
So I went to find the most experienced facial plastic surgeon in Charlotte NC, who also turned out to be someone who does a lot of revision rhinoplasty. This means he pretty much has to be better than average, in order to improve on what other surgeons have already done.
